Shipping time

You can find your estimated delivery time on product page. It usually takes 2-5 days to fulfill your product and another 2-20 days for your order to be delivered. Please note, that these are rates for worldwide shipping. You can expect delivery in one week to the USA, Brazil, Canada, majority of EU, the UK, Australia, and Mexico.

The higher fulfillment time is because your product is printed after you place your order, which reduces the waste from overstocking.

We also offer shipping tracking, so you always know when your order is coming.

Shipping cost

Cost of shipping differs on your location. Minimum shipping cost is $3.99, but it can go up to $11.00 for world-wide shipments. Every additional product has a small shipping fee. Accurate shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. Note that the price of shipping can go above $11.00 if you order larger sized canvases, or framed prints.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

We offer money returns but since we do print on demand we have no warehouse so there is no option of product return or exchange. If your product has not been delivered/is different size, or color, please contact us here and describe your problem.

It can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

It can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
