The higher fulfillment time is because your product is printed after you place your order, which reduces the waste from overstocking.
We also offer shipping tracking, so you always know when your order is coming.

Cost of shipping differs on your location. Minimum shipping cost is $3.99, but it can go up to $11.00 for world-wide shipments. Every additional product has a small shipping fee. Accurate shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. Note that the price of shipping can go above $11.00 if you order larger sized canvases, or framed prints.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
We offer money returns but since we do print on demand we have no warehouse so there is no option of product return or exchange. If your product has not been delivered/is different size, or color, please contact us here and describe your problem.
